2. 발표/보고를 준비하거나, 팀을 꾸릴 때
“Could you put together a presentation
for our next client meeting
that outlines the project timeline and deliverables?”
“Let’s put together a team of our top strategists
to work on the new marketing initiative and ensure its success.”
3. 지속적인 업데이트를 요청할 때
“Please keep me posted on the progress of the project;
regular updates will help us stay on track with the timeline.”
4. 일정을 앞당겨야 할 때
“Due to a scheduling conflict,
we need to move up the meeting to 9 AM;
please make the necessary arrangements and inform all participants.”
move up 앞당기다 (↔ push back)

move up: 앞당기다
“We need to move up the deadline to meet the client’s expectations.”
move out: 이사를 나가다
“The company decided to move out of the downtown office to reduce costs.”
move in: 이사를 들다.
“Once the renovations are complete, we will move in to the new headquarters.”
move on: 새로운 일을 시작하다.
“After completing this phase of the project, we will move on to the next one.”
move over: 몸을 움직이다. 자세를 바꾸다.
“Can you move over to the new project team starting next month?”
move along: 차질이나 방해 없이 진척시키다.
“The production line is moving along smoothly after the recent upgrades.”
move forward: 전진하다.
“Let’s move forward with the proposed strategy and see how it performs.”
5. 다음 날로 연기하거나 다음에 이어서 다시 하자 제안 할 때
“Let’s pick this up tomorrow”
= “We’ll continue this tomorrow”
= “Let’s resume this tomorrow.”

pick up on: 알아채다, 눈치채다.
"Did you pick up on that?"
pick on: 비난하다, 혹평하다.
“The manager should not pick on any team member during the meeting.”
6. 상대가 바빠 보일 때
"Did I catch you at a bad time?"
7. 언제 한 번 식사 제안
"Let's grab lunch sometime."

Grab a bite (to eat) - to have a quick meal
Grab a coffee - to get a coffee, usually to go
Grab a seat - to find a place to sit
Grab a drink - to get a beverage, often alcoholic
Grab the opportunity - to take advantage of a chance or opportunity
Grab some shut-eye - to get some sleep
Grab your coat - to take your coat, usually in preparation to leave
Grab the bull by the horns - to deal with a problem directly and decisively
